dishy designs specialises in South African tea towels made in Cape Town, South Africa.

Our kitchen towels make the perfect souvenir for travellers as they are lightweight, unbreakable and will take up minimal space in your suitcase. Our dish cloths have landed in homes all over the world adding a touch of South Africa wherever they go.

Who is Verena?

Hi, I’m Verena, the founder of dishy designs.

I live in Sunningdale, Cape Town with my husband Patrick and fur-kids, Diesel and Leila. When I’m not working, you’ll find me running on the Blouberg promenade, taking Pilates classes, eating breakfast with Patrick, drinking coffee with a girlfriend, reading, dancing or my absolute favourite…trotting the globe.
